Services & Pricing
I offer coaching for neurodivergent adults (those diagnosed or self-identified as ADHD, autistic, AuDHD, PDA, or gifted/2e). We’ll co‑design systems and supports for how your brain actually works—so you can protect energy, reduce friction, and move forward on what matters.
Common themes we may cover:
The experience of being ADHD, autistic, AuDHD, PDA, and/or gifted/2e
Cycles of overwhelm/burnout
Executive‑function differences (starting, switching, finishing)
Sensory/environment mismatch at home/in the office
Masking/unmasking and your personal identity
Work/school advocacy & accommodations
Parenting a neurodivergent child
Navigating same-neurotype or cross-neurotype relationships
Core Packages
Clarity Starter ($895)
6 weekly 50-minute sessions
A flexible, open‑ended container to bring whatever is top of mind for you, such as executive functioning, burnout/energy cycles, masking/unmasking, sensory fit at home or work, relationships, or parenting as an ND adult. We move at your pace—mapping what’s hard, experimenting with small changes, and keeping what works. You’ll leave with a simple plan and concrete tools you can keep building on.
(Optional parent track available.)
Integration Deep-Dive ($1,295)
10 weekly 50-minute sessions
More time, more depth, greater integration. This open‑ended track gives us space to build durable systems across multiple areas of life while leaving room for identity work and seasonality. We’ll strengthen routines, renegotiate boundaries, and reduce friction in the places that matter most. One of our final sessions can include a partner, family member, or friend, if helpful. The goal is for you to leave with a more accurate, affirming, and sturdy sense of self.
ND Identity Exploration ($595)
4 weekly 50-minute sessions
A respectful, non‑clinical space to explore whether a neurodivergent identity resonates for you. We’ll look at traits, history, masking, spiky profiles, and the double‑empathy lens; consider the potential benefits/limits of formal assessment; and develop language that feels accurate and affirming—whether you seek formal diagnosis or prefer self‑identification. You’ll leave with a clearer personal narrative and next‑step options.
This is not an evaluation or diagnosis.
FAQs
Is this therapy? Nope. Coaching supports education, planning, and practice. I don’t diagnose or treat.
Do you meet with children? I don’t work directly with kids, but I do offer parent‑focused coaching when relevant.
Do you take insurance? Unfortunately, I don’t take insurance. However, if cost is an issue for you, please email me, and we can try to work something out.
What if I need to cancel? These things happen! I do ask that you give me 24 hours’ notice to avoid paying a cancellation fee. That said, I do offer every client one “freebie” cancellation per coaching package—and beyond that, if exceptional circumstances arise that make it very difficult/impossible for you to meet, I try to be flexible. When in doubt, email me!
